The Greenville Chamber and its partners in conjunction with Bridging the Talent Gap successfully deployed the talent alignment employer survey between July and September of 2021. Two hundred and seven employers across the upstate of SC completed the survey. The results of the data are available on the Bridging the Talent Gap Data Dashboard.

This initiative is running from July 2021 to July 2022, which includes gathering, analyzing, and sharing data, and making recommendations for consideration.
